Baseline Part 1
Our Baseline 8-week program is designed to take you through a day by day process of learning the most beneficial combination of FT exercises as you are starting out. This is the program you should begin with first and then continue on to explore our other titles.
Part 1 takes you through our standing decompression and hinging exercises as you learn to expand and lengthen your upper torso and begin building a strong posterior chain. Be sure to spend enough time learning our main principles of Decompression Breathing and Anchoring as these are present in all of our exercises and help create positive changes and connections in your body.Total Running Time: 2 week part
