Baseline Part 2

Part 2 brings our decompression work to the floor, taking gravity out of the equation to give you new options for lengthening your body. You will then take our static hinging poses into a dynamic movement that helps instill better movement patterns in your daily life. If you are more conscious of your movements throughout your day by hinging from your hips rather than bending at your low back you will see increased improvements and results that will stay with you throughout your life.
